On July 26, 2018, Bernard Alexander and co-counsel, Chris Garcia and Seung Yang of Moon & Yang, APC, achieved a $2 million jury verdict in a CFRA retaliation case in the Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Daryl Kunga against Mr. Kunga’s former employer, American Guard Services, Inc. The jury awarded an additional $1 million in punitive damages on July 27, 2018.
