Hayley is passionate about standing up for workers’ rights and civil liberties. Her practice focuses on employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and cases involving police misconduct.
Hayley earned her J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, along with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute. During law school, Hayley served as President of her campus’s public interest advocacy organization. She was awarded the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation public interest scholarship and the Jim Adler Fellowship in Employment Law at Bet Tzedek Legal Services.
Before law school, Hayley worked as a labor and community organizer on low-wage worker campaigns. She holds a B.A. with High Honors in Political Science and Film from UC Berkeley.
A lifelong Angeleno, Hayley enjoys cult films, yoga, traveling, and spoiling her Shiba Inu, Kobe. Hayley is fluent in Spanish.
