Erin Lim is a passionate advocate for workers in California. She has experience litigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, civil rights, and wage and hour cases.

Prior to working at Alexander Morrison + Fehr LLP, Erin was a law clerk for the Los Angeles Superior Court where she gained experience working on unlimited jurisdiction civil cases.

Erin earned her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she was awarded the USC Merit Scholarship and the USC Lambda LGBTQ+ Alumni Association Scholarship. While in law school, she clerked for Lambda Legal, RISE Law firm, and the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division. She also externed for the Honorable Robert Gary Klausner in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She received her B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated cum laude.

When Erin is not working, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and collecting mechanical keyboards.
